Situated along a rapidly developing urban corridor in the western quadrant of the city, this approximately 16-hectare site is being purposefully transformed into a distinctive, people-centred eco-community. Conceived around the everyday experience, wellbeing and interaction of its residents, the development places people firmly at the heart of its planning response, with environmental sustainability, liveability and responsible resource use integrated into the design and long-term vision of the community.

A diverse mix of residential typologies—including individualized homes, terraces and apartments—is carefully distributed across the development to create variety, identity and an inclusive residential character. Comprising just over 350 residential units, the community is further supported by a considered assortment of social, recreational and community amenities designed to encourage interaction, convenience, wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging.

Currently in its pre-development phase, the completed enclave is envisaged to accommodate more than 1,500 residents within a distinctive, human-scaled urban fabric. Its carefully structured layout, landscaped environment and people-focused public realm seek to establish a sustainable, connected and enduring community—one in which quality of life defines the experience of place.
