Deriving its strength from a series of established competencies deckardtyler is specifically tailored to deliver services in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) Industry, and cross-sector Public-Private Partnership (P3) Transactions. Through these deckardtyler provides interventions aimed at addressing strategic & development issues, future-proofing, sustainability, and green design.

The critical need for end-to-end thinking resulting in a robust framework – context, environment, investment, financing, risk, resource, social constructs, and climate amongst others, establishes the guiderails for all deckardtyler responses.

In identifying and developing an expanded portfolio of roles particularly as concerns Infrastructure Transactions deckardtyler maintains collaborative and business development relationships with a growing list of Strategic Partners.

deckardtyler and organs of its team maintain current memberships with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the Architects Registration Board UK (ARB), the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Project Management Institute (PMI), the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the Green Building Council of Nigeria (GBCN), and World Bank EDGE-IFC energy efficiency in building design protocols. deckardtyler is also a member of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ACCI) amongst others.
