Urbanization is an important aspect of any developing economy and the cities thereof; the need to intentionally and methodically increase density, maximize infrastructure, and create secure and serviced communities demands interventions that aggregate these aspirations and more. This forms the core of the City Center intervention.

Certain to be the largest singular mixed-use development in the heart of the city this project features 75,500sqm of residential footprint (providing for over 600 apartments and residential units of diverse types and mix), stacked atop 30,500sqm of retail mall, supported by 9,100sqm of commercial office space, and 69,000sqm of basement parking across four levels for over 1,500 vehicles. The dominant massing intention is ensured by the residential program being distributed across four towers rising to a maximum of 18-floors above the three-level retail podium encircling the main drop-off forecourt space.

A diversity of architectural strategies, structural design solutions, and energy-efficient mechanical systems have been employed and adopted to manage a development of this scale and complexity, enabling the site responsive concept the ability to deliver on a number of ambitions aspirations. Sky-gardens cutting across the four towers introduce welcomed interruptions to the vertical mass and provide necessary elevated communal and amenity functionality.

With the procurement process well underway ground-breaking is expected to be concluded in 2025-Q1, heralding a major and game-changing introduction to the skyline, community, and urban density of the city center. As illustrated by the approved masterplan the (yet to be commenced) second phase features a c45,000sqm hotel facility, intended to provide for a c200-key facility with supporting amenity and dedicated basement parking.
